What you’ll do

This role is responsible for leading Cartology’s ROOH channel strategy, proposition and sales enablement. The role will lead our targeting and measurement roadmap including MOVE, programmatic DOOH strategy and overarching channel positioning, ensuring  our market leading ROOH proposition continually lands with impact both internally and externally. Further, you will ensure Cartology’s sales team are supported in critical sales enablement areas such as campaign planning, brief response and proactive proposals whilst delivering in-market SME leadership, to meet revenue objectives.

  • Drive Cartology’s ROOH proposition as the No.1 ROOH operator in Australia
  • Innovate Cartology’s ROOH solution through leading pricing, packaging, ad creative & ad tech innovation and product sales recommendations
  • Sales enablement structure and processes to ensure the sales team can deliver best in class solutions and support of the Agency Sales Leadership through fostering senior relationships with agencies and clients
  • Define go-to-market plans through collaboration with sales and marketing teams ensuring a prioritised and strategic series of go-to-market initiatives.
  • Support Cartology’s Commercial Development team through partner engagement requirements, recommendations on our ROOH network development and collaboration on future growth strategies. 

 
What you’ll bring
 

  • ~15 years’ proven experience in media with at least 5 years in Out of Home advertising recently.
  • Demonstrated leadership roles in media and experience leading out of home media product strategy.
  • Ability to provide business improvements and design effective sales enablement processes
  • Commercial acumen to identify opportunities for growth and demonstrated experience in defining, communicating and delivering product / revenue strategies to Executive stakeholders.
  • Strong partnering skills to drive successful internal and external relationships including stakeholder management in a complex matrix environment
