As our Head of eCommerce you will: 

  • Shape our online persona: develop, implement and review your eCommerce strategy to drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Analyse and Optimise: Identify key performance metrics, pitch solutions and seize opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with Marketing and Online Content teams to continuously enhance our online offering
  • Lead and Develop: Cultivate the skills within your team to drive success and maximise potential
