Job Description

A unique opportunity has arrived for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Planner / Scheduler to join our Melbourne office supported by the National Schedule Manager and a collaborative high-performing team. This position has excellent career growth opportunities within a dynamic and empowering culture, not to mention a broad range of high-profile and landmark projects across many sectors including transport, health, defence, commercial, infrastructure, heavy civils and residential on both the client and contractor side.

This senior role will oversee the provision of Program and Portfolio Advisory Services, PPP Advisory, Independent Reviewer Services & Program Compliance Services in our rapidly growing PPA business unit. 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a building / infrastructure / civil background and project planning, schedule management, risk management & progress tracking. 

Ideal experience:

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field. Minimum 8 years relevant Planning experience. Experience in construction cost / quantities will be advantageous, including previous experience in examining TIA, EOT and Prolongation claims. Proficient in P6. Experience with Python preferable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ability to provide succinct reporting across a range of audiences. Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
