Corin Australia is seeking a motivated and positive individual to join our team of Surgical Planning Technicians based in Pymble, Sydney . In this role, you are responsible for the utilisation of analytical technology and patient specific instruments to aid in Total Hip Arthroplasty. This includes the analysis, interpretation, segmentation, design and development of patient specific reports and guides for orthopaedic surgeons. This exciting opportunity provides in-depth exposure to the medical device industry and places you on the forefront of innovative technologies that benefit patient outcomes.
Please note the expected start date for this role is early September, in a full-time capacity working from our Pymble office. Please only apply if this is suitable for you.
To be successful you will need:
Technical qualifications such Certificate III, IV or Diploma. Extensive on the job training will be provided, however the ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, spatial awareness, be analytic & process driven. Enjoy working as part of a team with strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals within and across teams and a good team player. Ability to adapt to change efficiently and prioritise your workload to meet strict production deadlines Exceptional computer literacy is a must, including strong knowledge and experience within the Microsoft Office suite of applicationsIt would be highly regarded to have:
A strong understanding of Pelvis and Femur anatomy, although full training will be provided Familiarity with the Total Hip Arthroplasty Experience within customer service, corporate or office setting An understanding of 3D geometry mathematics and/ or experience with 3D CAD (SolidWorks) and segmentation (Simpleware ScanIP) softwareWhat to expect from the recruitment process:
