About the role

Brisbane Private Hospital is looking to employ an Environmental Services Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team on a part-time basis.  Times will vary between 6.30am–3pm for morning shifts and from 7pm-3am for evening/night shifts. 

You will take pride in your work, have a friendly and positive work attitude and an interest to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction.

Each year, we treat over 20,000 patients with the assistance from our 500 visiting medical officers and our dedicated team of 600 healthcare professionals. We are a leading hospital renowned for patient outcomes in orthopaedics, neurosurgery, ENT and general surgery.

As an Environmental Services Assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide high standard of cleaning services
  • Operate in line with infection control standards and WHS policy & procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service to staff, clients and patients

Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in Hospital/Hotel cleaning
  • Time management skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Works well independently and within a team
  • Available for on call shifts
