Polyaire Pty Ltd is a dynamic and fast-growing international manufacturer of quality Air-conditioning Products and AirTouch Smart Air Conditioning technologies. Established in 1973, our headquarters are in SA, with 27 branches across Australia.

Our Hervey Bay branch is currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Counter Sales/Storesperson Team Member.  This position ideally would suit a self-motivated, “hands on" individual who enjoys variety in their day, building relationships and working as a key member of the team

Your daily activities will involve:

  • Counter sales, servicing our valued customers and trade clients.
  • Receiving phone enquiries and orders.
  • Processing customer sales orders and credit returns.
  • Coordination of daily deliveries.
  • Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders are supplied correctly and dispatched on time.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • The ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers.
  • Ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Can do attitude to get the job done right the first time.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Basic experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Essential that you have a current and uninhibited C Class Driver’s Licence 
  • Forklift license desirable.

Customer service experience in trade counter sales would be highly regarded.
