The Organisation

Nagle College is a welcoming community, drawing from the parishes of Blacktown, Blacktown South, Lalor Park, Marayong, and Seven Hills. We have an outstanding opportunity for a skilled, contemporary and passionate Secondary Religious Education Teacher to join the team at Nagle College and enrich the lives of our students.

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Qualifications in and accredited to teach secondary Religious Education, including Studies of Religion.
  • Qualifications in and accredited to teach in an additional subject area.
  • Capacity to use formative assessment to support improved learning outcomes.
  • Ability to differentiate learning to cater for individual student learning needs.
  • Ability to use CANVAS, our student learning management system.
  • Evidence of engagement in ongoing professional learning.
  • Commitment to team-based, collaborative learning.
  • Ability to motivate students as successful learners.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills ensuring that reporting deadlines are met.
