This pivotal role will be responsible for the allocation and management of client funding across the NDIS & Home Care Packages. Including, overseeing the strategic direction, policy development, and efficient allocation of funding resources to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with the development of policies and processes to maximise the use of funding schemes.
  • Optimise funding utilisation to ensure every greater service outcomes for our clients.
  • Conduct thorough audits to maintain transparency and accountability in funding allocation.
  • Prepare accurate reports to keep stakeholders informed and compliant with regulations.
  • Stay ahead of policy developments and legislative changes to keep MSWA at the forefront of industry standards.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: With a minimum of 5 years in funding management or policy analysis, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the table.
  • Expertise: Your in-depth understanding of NDIS and Aged Care legislation and funding frameworks sets you apart.
  • Analytical Skills: You excel at interpreting complex data and documents, driving informed decision-making.
  • Communication: Your ability to articulate technical information and engage with stakeholders of all levels is second to none.
  • Leadership: You thrive in fast-paced environments, inspiring your team to deliver their best every day.
  • Innovation: You're not afraid to think outside the box and implement creative solutions to drive performance and satisfaction.
