Leading bank looking for a CA/CPA qualified Finance Manager to join their Business Finance team on a permanent basis.
The team is responsible for the delivery of annual revenue & expense plans, including actuals reporting and monthly forecasts, FTE and productivity reporting, and commercial and strategic insights and advice to drive performance and strategy.
Acting as a a key business partner, you will provide financial support and advice to the Business banking business, with the goal of being a trusted business partner through providing valuable advice that drives business performance.
The role:
- All aspects of the annual reporting cycle, including budget setting, plan loads, monthly actuals reporting, forecast submissions, plan transfers and financial processes including manual journals and reconciliations.
- Management reporting, including FTE and productivity reporting.
- Production of analysis and insight to drive performance and strategy.
- Building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to process improvement, simplification and cross skilling across the Finance team.
- Contribute to team culture and an inclusive work environment.
The candidate:
- CA/CPA qualified.
- 3 - 6 years' Finance experience in Banking or from Big 4 Audit with Banking / FS clients
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- High degree of commercial acumen.
- Advanced Excel & Data visualisation skills (eg. Alteryx, Tableau)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deliverables.
- Full Australian working rights and fluent English skills
