You will be required to conduct a variety of administration duties for the sub centre whilst continually providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers. This position is a permanent, full-time role, working every Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
What you’ll do:
- Customer Service - Regional Office Reception and First Aid kit sales processing
- First Aid enrolments & enquiries for the Midwest region.
- Daily Banking
- Monitoring of email inbox/s
- Supplier statement review
- Raising Purchase Orders & receipting invoices against PO's
- Honorariums Entering/Processing and follow up for Ambulance depots
- Processing of EPCRs for short term leave cover (sick, annual & long service)
- Event processing support as required
- Assist with coordinating Repairs & Maintenance for Ambulances
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Regional Manager
What you’ll need:
- Proven administration and data entry experience
- Previous experience conducting Accounts Payable and reconciliation tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Established data entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
