The Role

 

The.Net Developer will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation and maintenance of programs and applications. Being a part of a Global Transformation program, this role will also support the upgrade and installation of software and/or tool baselines. Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Software analysis to derive function, performance and interface requirements;
  • Implementation of code from the defined design
  • Understanding the software development methodology, tools and procedures required to complete software engineering tasks
  • Demonstrated practical experience and knowledge in programming multi-tier enterprise systems
  • Ability to design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code in .Net language
  • Write unit/functional and integration tests
  • Support testing with end users
  • Implement back log items

What we are looking for

  • Strong knowledge of C# and the .Net framework
  • 5 + years in C# .Net development
  • Experience with SQL Server (2012+)
  • Good understanding of code versioning tools (GIT)
  • Integration technologies (RESTful APIs, SOAP etc. (GraphQL advantageous))
  • Software Architecture Patterns
  • SOLID Principles
  • Dependency Injection frameworks
  • Message Queues
  • Windows Server
  • SQL Server / T-SQL
  • Experience in test driven development (TDD) using unit testing frameworks like NUnit or xUnit
  • Angular JS
  • TypeScript
