Job Description

Are you prepared to take on an essential role in our poultry operations? We're seeking diligent Chicken Catchers to join our team in Hanwood, NSW

What You'll Do:

This physically active role involves:

• Manually catching and loading chickens into modules
• Supporting team members during the catching process
• Verifying drawer counts per instructions from the catching crew leader
• Following all safety and animal welfare procedures
• Complying with biosecurity requirements
• Completing required paperwork accurately
• Undertaking training as required by the company
• Following site supervisor instructions and performing additional tasks as requested

Your Skills & Experience:

We're looking for dedicated individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Physical fitness, including the ability to carry four chickens in each hand
• Strong conversational English skills
• Ability to lift and bend consecutively throughout shifts
• Ability to work safely, confidently, and promptly
• Willingness to pass a drug and alcohol test
