Our client is looking for experienced Support Workers living in the Lower North Shore area who are skilled in Personal Care, Hoisting and Bowel Care and are enthusiastic about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service in Aged Care and Disability Support. The main priority is to help clients living empowered and independently at home and also improving their social lives, making them feel like they belong and are part of society.

They are a leading approved provider of quality in-home care, with a strong reputation for trust, reliability and service quality in the community. They provide dementia care, domestic support, companionship and socialisation, personal care, post-operative care, disability support, and skilled nursing. Requirements:

  • Cert 3 or 4 in Aged Care/Disability Support
  • First Aid/CPR - mandatory but can be completed upon hiring
  • Excellent communication skills
  • National Police Check - mandatory but can be completed upon hiring
  • Live within the Sydney Lower North Shore

Non Essential but highly desirable:

  • Experience with dementia care and bipolar care
  • Experience with NDIS
  • Available throughout holiday season
  • Bubbly personality and can support clients with social support
