Job Description

As an HVAC Technician specialising in commercial projects, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work closely with our Account Manager and clients to ensure that all HVAC systems are installed and functioning to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.

  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and servicing of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Keep accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.

Qualifications:

  •  Relevant current Trade Qualification / Experience – HVAC/Refrigeration and a restricted or A Grade Electrical Licence

  • Valid Driver’s Licence 

  •  Australian Police Clearance Check

  •  OH&S, Risk Management, Environmental Management or Quality Assurance systems.

  •  Ensure adherence to all legal requirements associated with the role including, but not limited to, The Trade Practices Act, Legislation, Fair Trading Act, Contract and Employment law

  • Experience in Building Services Maintenance
