If this sounds like you, this is your opportunity to join this well-established National Enterprise level organisation as the newly hired Solution Architect, where you will be coming in to the organisation with the opportunity to shape the future of the organisation’s technology approach and direction by designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions supporting a number of key pillars across the organisation, working across end-to-end solution architectures for Enterprise Applications, Microservices, Data, Integration, and ERP areas.  
The day-to-day nature of this role involves:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient architectural designs.
  • Designing and implementing Enterprise-wide solutions for ERP systems, Enterprise Applications & Business Systems, and integrated Enterprise technology solutions.
  • Leading the solution architecture initiatives of Enterprise applications, ERP’s and business systems with an automation mindset, ensuring seamless data flow and optimised processes.
  • Driving the adoption of best practices and standards in the solution architecture practice, ensuring alignment with industry trends and the latest emerging technologies.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and Business Analysts’ ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

The value that you can bring to this role would include:

  • Proven experience working as a Solution Architect in a well-established Enterprise-level organisation.
  • Experience working across end-to-end solution architectures for Enterprise Applications, Microservices, Data, Integration, and ERP areas.  
  • Experience and knowledge of Enterprise Architecture aligned to TOGAF standards. 
  • Experience with modern and digital focused end-to-end solution architectures in line with microservices.
  • Exposure and experience working with customer facing Applications, Portals and Platforms.  
  • Working knowledge of data architectures and methodologies, data warehousing, ETL, Data Lake, Snowflake etc. 
  • Ideally coming from a solid background in ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Bring expert level knowledge in cloud-based solution designs working with Microsoft Azure.
  • Domain experience providing your solution architecture expertise for Supply Chain optimisation, Enterprise Applications, Retail B2B, with the ability to define integration patterns and best practices, design patterns and guidelines.
  • The ability to apply and enhance solution architecture principles, practices, and processes within solution architecture, manage lCT investments and guide governance.
  • Working experience in Enterprise Application Integration such as IPAAS tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps or similar.
  • Hands-on experience and capability in programming languages like .NET, Java, with API led solution design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
