At KINNECT, our NSW Team is expanding, and we're seeking a Team Manager to support this growth—a perfect leadership step for an experienced Workplace Rehab Consultant.

At KINNECT, we believe that the journey is just as important as the destination. Due to our ongoing growth, we’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Team Manager in Sydney, with the option to work at either our Macquarie Park or Mascot Clinic. You'll be working alongside an existing Team Manager, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of approximately six Workplace Rehab Consultants, overseeing quality assurance and driving operational excellence within your KINNECT clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Mentoring: Guide, support, and mentor your team, ensuring they deliver top-quality care and grow professionally.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in service delivery across both physical and psychological cases.
  • Financial Accountability: Share responsibility for the clinic’s financial performance, driving success through strategic management.

About You:

Accreditation: Must be an accredited registered health professional with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in workplace rehab, either in physical or psychological (vocational) consulting.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire a culture of collaboration and innovation, guiding your team toward shared goals.

Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering workplace rehab and occupational health services with a customer-centric approach.
