GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG).

Reporting directly to the WA Operations Manager, this position plays a critical role providing support to end users of the CMMS system ensuring optimised usage and implementing changes where required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Provide knowledge and support for CMMS initiatives, ensuring optimal asset utilization and reliability Identify, review, and implement CMMS changes (including planned maintenance and material management data) Ensure accurate data entry and integrity within the CMMS Provide support and training to all end users Develop and maintain required process and system documents and information Participate in testing and validation of the CMMS functionality Continuously evaluate and improve CMMS usage to optimise maintenance operations Assist with system governance and development of work management metrics/reports to support continuous improvement

Experience and qualifications:

Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (Degree, Diploma or Trade) desirable Minimum 3yrs previous experience in a same or similar role Extensive experience using CMMS software’s such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM, or similar systems. A good understanding and working knowledge of pressure equipment, rotating equipment, electrical equipment, instrumentation, and controls equipment A good understanding and working knowledge of engineering drawings and documents including P&ID’s, isometric drawings, equipment general arrangement drawings, equipment exploded view drawings, single line drawings and PFD’s, data sheets, and equipment manuals. Experience ensuring data accuracy within the CMMS, perform regular audits and quality checks Sound computer skills with the ability to use MS Package and other relevant software privacy; Strong attention to detail with exceptional interpersonal skills; and Technical project support experience Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite
