Some of your Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist with any check ins or check outs
• To ensure all guests are attended to promptly and efficiently in the most professional way and without delay.
• Complete all audit tasks as specified by the Night Auditors checklist.
• Guest Valet Parking if required.
• Any other duties requested by the Night Manager.
• All complaints to be handled promptly and efficiently.

What we value for this role: 

• High school diploma / G.E.D equivalent
• Previous Experience is a similar role
• You’ll think outside the box and have an open-minded personality.
