Our client leading player in their field with a national footprint and over 50 years in the Australian market. This role is based at their Milperra site.

Job Description

Reporting to the Quality Manager and joining a team of 4, your role will involve working 6am-2pm in a production environment and lab. This could look like:

• Creating/updating SOPs
• Conducting internal quality audits/quality control checks on production
• Conducting quality checks on raw materials and finished goods
• Training staff on QA processes
• Participating in ISO/HACCAP audits
• Completing quality documentation and updating quality systems
• Document control

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for someone with QA/QC experience in a food/pharma/med device or FMCG production environment. You will also have:

• Strong computer skills
• Willingness to work in a production environment 50% lab 50% in production
• Willingness to cover other shifts as required with staff leave

Please note, this role will start as a contract with the view to move to permanent after 4-6 months.
