Storeperson/Site Facilitator

This is a great all-rounder role with lots of variety supporting all areas of the branch operations. This is a permanent full-time opportunity and given the nature of the role there will be some travel required between customer sites utilising a Blackwoods company vehicle.
Site Facilitator
- Pick and pack relevant orders as required from the branch for customers
- Foster ongoing relationships with customers on site and act as a contact point for queries
- Identify and share sales opportunities with the Sales Team
- Conduct relevant administrative tasks (including inventory counts)
Customer Service - Trade store
- Assist with customer transactions in the retail trade store
- Resolve customer queries satisfactorily (via phone, email, or face to face)
- Conduct relevant administrative tasks (including stocktaking)
Warehouse
- Support with goods inward and dispatch, and stock movement and storage in the warehouse
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely and accurate manner
- Conduct relevant warehouse administration tasks (including stocktaking)
- Ensure a safety-first mentality for all team members
Skills required:
- Experience in customer centric working environment
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- High level attention to detail
- Good written, verbal communication and computer skills
- A full, open Australian driver’s license
- Valid forklift license desirable
