HVAC Service Technican

Our Client
This company is a highly regarded HVAC contractor involved in small to medium commercial construction projects and servicing a wide range of commercial sites all over Sydney. With a management team that are all qualified air conditioning mechanics, they know what each job requires and how to set their team up for success. Currently the are looking to expand their Sydney service team by adding an additional service technician to service a range of sites across Sydney.

The Role on offer
Working with the Sydney service team, you will be working in a range of sites from Commercial High Rise, Hospitals, Education facilities, factories and Shopping Centers. You will be working on a range of products which will ensure a varied working day. Your calls will involve both scheduled maintenance and breakdowns. You will be expected to build strong relationships with key customer contacts as you are the face of the company on site. You will receive ongoing training and the chance to progress your career.

• Remuneration for this role will be discussed with suitable candidates, but it is flexible and competitive based on experience and includes vehicle.
• Good overtime on offer

Selection Criteria

To be successful in your application for this role you must possess:

• Trade qualified in HVAC Service Technician ideally with experience commercial sites such as those mentioned above
• Experience in breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance (minimum 3 years)
• You can show that you have an interest in being with a single employer for at least a medium term period
• Applicants with chiller experience will be highly regarded but this is not essential
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Excellent relationship building skills
• You are trustworthy and reliable
• Strong connect / disconnect electrical knowledge
