Why will you enjoy this new opportunity? 

As a hands-on Senior Architect, you will be involved in the architecture, design, and delivery of cloud solutions to large corporate, government and enterprise clients.  You will function as the technical lead on projects, overseeing a number of Technical/Delivery Consultants on larger engagements, and taking ownership of the project outcome and quality.

You will be passionate about creating value for clients and colleagues that you work with. You will be innovative, keeping up to date with the latest technologies and embrace working with a company who supports your continuous training and development. You will provide thought leadership, deep architectural guidance and cloud operational know-how, technical quality assurance and direction over the entire life-cycle of customer engagements.  

What capabilities you will need to succeed in this role?

• Previous consulting/professional services experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write quality high-level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps and technical documentation that communicate customer vision.
• Pre-Sales experience including presentations, proposal writing and responding to RFP’s.
• Understanding of project budgets
• Ability to manage and mentor other team members.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, building, and implementing Microsoft solutions based around Azure IaaS and PaaS.
• Solid experience with Azure Integration Services including API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid is a must.
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns, Microservices, as well as Hybrid Cloud to On-Premises and Cloud to Cloud Integration Architectures.
• Experience in DevOps practices including automated CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Experience in App Migration/ Modernisation / Lift and Shift
• Experience with the Azure Data Platform including (Azure SQL, SQL Data Warehouse, Data Factory).
• Experience with GitHub would be well regarded.
