The Opportunity
MinRes are looking for experienced Shotfirers to join our unique Drill and Blast team working on a 8/6 roster at our Bald Hill mine site. You will be working as part of a small and dedicated team.
About Bald Hill
Bald Hill is a Lithium and Tantalum mine based in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. The mine was first commissioned in March 2018, and is emerging as one the leading spodumene producers in the Lithium market. The operation has gone from strength to strength with a team of highly skilled and talented individuals committed to its ongoing growth.
What is required?
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
- Shotfiring experience in a mining environment
- Flexible and versatile attitude
- Work autonomously in remote locations
- Current Australian C Class Driver’s Licence
- Dangerous Goods Security Card
- Valid Shotfiring ticket
- Hold, or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance valid within 12 months
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen
- Full Australian Work Rights
