Synaco has partnered with an industry leading waste management company due to continued growth they are seeking a Grader Operator for a landfill site in Kemps Creek.

What's in it for you:

• Tenure: Temp to perm  
• Days & Hours: Mon- Fri 7am starts finish time varies from 3:30pm to 6pm, actual working hours are dependent on daily workload. 
• Pay rate: $46.10p.h + OT + Super 

Job Brief/Overview:

Duties:

• Operating earthmoving equipment specifically Grader  
• Maintain a professional image and deliver high quality customer service at all times
• Inform and assist customers of proper placement for dumping loads to ensure most effective spreading or compacting of waste or other materials
• Excavate, load, transport soil to cover waste in accordance with company policy
• Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures and company regulations

• Previous Grader operating experience - 3-5 years ESSENTIAL  
• Self-motivated
• Mechanical aptitude
