Blackbaud CRM Senior Consultant

About the role
Customer Delight is at the heart of everything we do. Reporting to the Team Leader, Enterprise Professional Services , the Senior Business Analyst and Consultant holds a pivotal role in the success Blackbaud CRM™ project delivered for our customers.
The Senior Business Analyst and Consultant acts as an industry expert for the Blackbaud CRM solution, leading the work on new customer implementations and providing consulting services to existing customers. The Senior Business Analyst and Consultant draws upon extensive product and industry knowledge to develop and deliver solutions for customers, setting and applying best practice. In addition, this role may deliver ‘back to base’ or managed services consulting work from existing customers.
A part of Blackbaud's Professional Services organisation and working closely with the Sales team and appropriate Account Executives this role will support both revenue opportunities and successful project delivery, working towards 100% referenceable and delighted customers.
What you'll be doing
Business Analysis & Consulting Consult and deliver outcomes on implementation projects Consult with customers and define appropriate solutions to meet their needs and integrate across all business aspects of Blackbaud CRM™ Document solutions including functional design and specifications as required Design and implement solutions to meet customer needs with customer delight as the key focus Recommend and deliver process improvements and best practices as identified throughout projects and back to base consulting. Serve as the application subject matter expert throughout the implementation life-cycle Establishing a trusted advisor relationship with customers in order to improve user adoption and overall satisfaction with Blackbaud CRM and BBIS SolutionsWhat we need from you
Prior exposure to Blackbaud Products, ideally Blackbaud CRM 4+ years of experience implementing CRM software Sound understanding and practical use of the Infinity API a distinct advantage Exposure to Blackbaud Internet Solutions (BBIS) an advantage Experience in professional services an advantage 4+ years of experience implementing CRM software A deep understand NFP operations to leverage the software for success in the Australian Market Demonstrated ability to define and implement solutions that provide lasting value to customers Professional or Tertiary qualifications in information Systems, Information Management, or equivalent experience Ability and willingness to contribute to Professional Services Practice improvementsAdditional info
Blackbaud is a remote first organisation.
