About the role: 

This is a unique opportunity to join the Terminal team based in Kalgoorlie. Working closely with the Terminal Manager, you’ll be responsible for the effective and safe delivery of LPG products to Domestic, Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural, and Autogas customers. With a focus on safety and OH&S compliance, you will ensure that Origin is meeting needs of our customers across the region.

Key responsibilities:  

• Loading and unloading LPG cylinder trucks, both at the terminal and at customer sites
• Participating in safety activities including HSE meetings, observations, emergency response, incident reporting and audits
• Ensuring that deliveries are made in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the daily schedule
• Assisting with general maintenance and cleaning duties as required
• Completing daily, weekly and monthly checks of assigned vehicles in accordance with Origin Energy Operational Procedures  

What will you bring?  

• 2+ years driving in technical/operational environments, handling hazardous substances
• National Heavy Vehicle Licence (Class HR) and Dangerous Goods Licence
• Ability to study for and attain Certificate III in Transport and Distribution
• Customer-focused with strong communication and computer skills
• Willingness for out-of-hours work, overnight travel, and meeting physical job requirements
