As a Store Operations Manager, you will support the Store Manager in ensuring the store operates effectively and efficiently with regards to operating procedures and tasks. You will support in ensuring compliance across all areas of customer service, store operations, our safety culture, loss prevention and all company policies and procedures. 

Your role will see you:

  • Oversee the incoming inventory within the back of house, including stock receipting, pallet control and stocktake
  • Oversee special orders, delivery pickups and collection of online orders
  • Maintain compliance within the store for daily procedures and policies
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team to meet their full potential and ensure the team are delivering stock routines and replenishment in safe manner
  • Thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
