Process Flow Analyst (Dandenong South)

  • Full-Time ongoing role, based in Dandenong South
  • Work 5 days per week 5:45am - 2:15pm including weekends

What you’ll do

  • Continuous monitoring of production, people, equipment and safety policies and procedures
  • Report on and communicate performance against the Operational Plan and KPIs, including recommending adjustments where required to meet dispatch windows
  • Monitor and oversee the flow systems within the distribution centre, and report on any deviations to plan from automation 
  • Use automation and related systems, including Planning tools, Operational Dashboards, CCTV, UHF Radios 
  • Perform user and product audits to identify where adjustments are required to improve accuracy 
  • Manage the introduction of new products into the DC and the required system information to allow for automated handling
  • Correct problems related to product handling issues throughout the DC including root cause analysis and rectification

What you’ll bring

  • Robust communication skills with a demonstrated ability to convey information with the required sense of urgency
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong computer skills – Excel, Google Suite
  • Exposure to SCADA systems (not essential)
  • A curious mindset and ability to work through problems in a methodical manner.
  • A focus on process improvement 
  • Flexibility to meet business needs, including changing shifts and days as required
  • Reliable and dependable, supportive team player
  • Internal candidates to be endorsed by their line leaders
