Key Responsibilities:

 

We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Project Engineer to lead our division and contribute to the realisation of our vision. If you are a dedicated professional looking to make a significant impact in this field, we invite you to be part of our team at PMA. 

  • Project Planning and Management:
    • Lead the planning and execution of projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    • Monitor and report on project compliance, addressing any deviations promptly. 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Data Collection and Reporting:
    • Oversee data collection and analysis efforts, providing transparent and informed insights to clients.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, highlighting project performance and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in stormwater management.
    • Proactively implement best practices to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction.

 

To be successful in our position you will have the ability to: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing civil projects or related programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Commitment and passion to environmental sustainability and responsible project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools along with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and use of CRM’s.
  • Proven experience in successfully working autonomously and being a self-starter.
  • Exceptional communications and negotiation skills in both written and verbal form
  • Previous experience working in the Pipe, Waste or Construction Industry ideal.
