About the Role
Roles in Concrete Plants are fast paced and will require you to be a strong problem solver, process driven with a high level of attention to detail.
As a Production Supervisor, we are looking for a team player who can hit the ground running. Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times
- Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
- Allocating and assigning loads to drivers
- Stock management and coordination of deliveries
- Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance
- Yard maintenance and front-end loader operation
- Forklift operation and manual handling of bagged products
About you:
- Be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised,
- Willingness to go the extra mile, supporting a strong team culture
- Be passionate about safety, with a strong work ethic, and is results focused
- Have effective communication skills and work under pressure
- Be able to physically perform all duties associated with the position
- Driver's license and own transport is essential with front end loader or forklift competency an advantage
- Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening
