Who you are   

As an Integrations Engineer within our Revenue Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in boosting our sales and marketing efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, and driving revenue growth. 

You will leverage your skills in IPaaS platforms and API integrations to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions that automate our processes and seamlessly connect our business systems. Your efforts will ensure the smooth flow of data across our customer lifecycle, powering smarter decisions and more streamlined operations.

What you will do 

  • Design, develop and maintain and support the integration layer that underpins Humanforce’s Marketing, Sales, Finance and CX technology stack.  
  • Collaborate with other specialists within the operations team to deliver the evolving internal systems roadmap.  
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements and translate those requirements to new functionality.  
  • Assist with the roll out and day-to-day administration of the Humanforce business applications.  
  • Demonstrate new functionality during agile ceremonies.  
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications when required.  
  • Collaborate on unit and integration testing before launch.  
  • Conduct functional and non-functional testing in collaboration with the Technical Support Analyst.  
  • Work within defined security protocols and business procedures.  
  • Provide technical user support and training as required.   

What you’ll need

  • Developing and maintaining integrations between systems using IPaaS and other low-code tools such as Make, Zapier or similar.  
  • Experience with using APIs and Web Hooks to integrate systems along with an understanding of data types and formats (JSON/XML).  
  • Developing complex workflows using in-application tools.  
  • Logical, analytical, problem solving and creative thinking.  
  • High attention to detail  
  • Excellent time management with ability to work autonomously.   
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.  
  • All-rounder – willingness to perform a wide range of tasks as required for the success of a cross-functional business applications team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent. 
  • Understanding of agile methodologies. 
  • Experience providing end user training and support. 
  • Basic HTML/CSS.  
  • Developing and maintaining documentation.
