Job description

Trojan Recruitment Group is currently seeking an experienced “Circuit Breaker Assembler/ Technician" located at Ingleburn to join a Global company that's purpose, is to empower all to make the most of our energy and resources. They specialises in circuit breakers, switches and switch gears. 

Key Responsibilities -

  • This is a casual position that will require you to work 5 days a week with some overtime during the company’s peak periods including some weekend work.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • AM shift - 5:00am - 1:06pm, Pay rate: $31.38
  • You will need to be reliable and punctual as the company works on completion deadlines.        

Key Requirements - 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience within an electrical field as an assembler or technician.
  • Assembly experience is required. (Within a manufacturing environment is ideal)
  • Able to use power tools and hand tools - drills, grinders, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, wire strippers and cable cutters. 
  • Experience in wiring and soldering. 
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with own reliable transport
  • Must be able to pass a National Police Check with no disclosable outcomes
  • Must be flexible for overtime 
  • Must be able to work full time hours 

About the Role -

  • Assembling, modifying and re-wiring electronic parts e.g.  push buttons, control buttons, emergency stop buttons, circuit breakers, emergency lighting kits
  • Assembling manual changeover and automatic changeover switches.
  • Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively.
  • Receiving and dispatching goods.
  • Updating and maintaining computerized & paper based administrative records
