The Opportunity:

Techforce urgently require experienced Cooks for potential ongoing opportunities throughout Western Australia, Northern Territory, and South Australia.
Please note this is an Expression of Interest Advert to join our regular pool of workers.  Our candidates are given consistent roster - you choose your own roster

The ideal candidate will be experienced with:
 
(Desirable) Bulk cooking, work in a professional kitchen, food safety platform, and in HACCP. 

-Job scope includes possibility of front-of-house tasks (especially cooks), including barista work or training in coffee making, serving alcohol/cocktails, back-of-house including pot/dish washing and receiving of goods and services for stores.
- Adherence to cleaning schedules and daily wipe/wash downs and sanitization.
-Customer Focused, and the ability to take instructions from Supervisors &
Managers with ability to multi-task
 
To be considered you must have / be willing to obtain:
  

• National Police Clearance (Within 6 months)
• Right to Work in Australia
• Pre employment Medical + Drug & Alcohol Screen
• Australian Nationally recognized Certification in Commercial Cookery preferred.
• Recognized Food Safety Supervisor Certification
• Recognized Advanced Allergen Management Certification
   

The Process
  
All shortlisted personnel must be able to attend a face to face OR Zoom interview and pass a full pre-employment medical as well as drug & alcohol testing prior to employment.
