Paralegal

Full-time | National Law Firm | Sydney CBD

Brilliant opportunity for experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a mid-tier national law firm and provide high quality legal services. This is a permanent full-time position based in the Sydney CBD offering a competitive salary, professional development and a collaborative work environment.

The Role

As a Paralegal you will provide support to a Corporate and Commercial Partner and the wider legal team and will play a crucial role in preparing and reviewing legal documents. Your duties will include;

  • Liaising with a range of stakeholders to providing updates and gather necessary information
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents
  • Conducting a thorough research on case law, statutes and regulations
  • Database and file management
  • Assisting in trial preparation and prepare exhibit and case materials
  • Working closely with the legal team and providing additional support where required.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience within a Paralegal or similar role within the legal industry. You will also be able demonstrate the below skills and attributes.

  • Proficient IT skills and confident in legal research and document management
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • Passionate about the legal field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong drafting skills and knowledge of legal terminology.
