Commercial Litigation Lawyer | Senior Associate/Special Counsel

Firm:

This leading boutique law firm boasts an exceptional insolvency and commercial litigation practice including a substantial debt recovery practice. The leadership team is highly collaborative and the firm is on a strong growth trajectory.

About the Role:

Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate with 8+ years PAE to join its Litigation team.  A key aspect of this role will be managing a large debt recovery practice and assisting other partners with general commercial litigation and insolvency work. You will be supervising and mentoring a team of juniors including junior lawyers, paralegals and support staff.

Candidate:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years PAE in a similar role, strong communication skills, high attention to detail, well-developed analytical and drafting skills and excellent client management skills. You will also need strong organisational skills, the ability to work autonomously and in a team. A critical skill is the ability to train and develop junior team members.
