We are seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with nominated personnel to deliver a range of services related to ServiceNow. Your responsibilities will include configuration, administration, documentation, and support tasks, all performed under the guidance of staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope and refine backlog
  • ServiceNow configuration and administration
  • Escalation of issues and risks with team structure
  • Develop and maintain testing and training documentation
  • Process documentation
  • Respond to reported problems, performing fault diagnosis, analysis and rectification tasks
  • Provide or assist in the analysis of enhancements as requested by business areas
  • Support, design, configure, test and implement ServiceNow functions and methods
  • Assist in the development and documentation of technical design standards and work within those standards
  • Participate in code reviews
  • Mentor and perform skills transfer to other team members
  • Record and maintain files/information in accordance with AFP requirements
  • Work in an Agile team environment and with a variety of stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Solution: The extent to which the potential supplier's response meets the requirements as set out in the ATM documents
  • Ability to Deliver: The extent to which the potential supplier demonstrates its capability and capacity to provide the requirements
  • Whole of life Costs: The whole of life costs. Evaluation includes the hourly rate of submitted candidates, including the rate being consistent with their level and suitability of experience. Completion of the Supplier Fee Breakdown table is requested.
  • Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance
