ABOUT THE ROLE

 

In this role you will develop and deliver a comprehensive plan ensuring safe and efficient operations across field sites, gas processing, and water treatment facilities. Your focus will be on identifying and challenging scope, optimising schedules for planned and unplanned tasks, and ensuring timely execution.

 

More about the role:

  • Develop and optimise Operations and Maintenance Plans, estimating work scopes, identifying risks, parts/materials, equipment and and determining resource needs.
  • Monitor safety critical equipment preventative maintenance (SCE PMs) due dates and schedule work to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with site teams to align work crew capabilities, simultaneous work fronts, and equipment status with the schedule.
  • Create and maintain workover rig schedules and support field operations as needed.
  • Align operations plans with Portfolio Supply Plans, using core processes for production and asset management.
  • Input into monthly and annual budget and forecasts for planned and unplanned work.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, mentor maintenance management practices, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

 

As this is a residential role, you will either already live locally in Roma (or surrounding towns), or you will be willing to permanently relocate to the area.

 

Whilst on shift, you will be based at camp at the Spring Gully Asset (86km from Roma).

 

ABOUT YOU

 

To be successful in this role you will come with previous planning/ scheduling experience together with strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to collaborate with people across the organisation.

 

More about you:

  • Proficient in SAP, MS Office Suite, and Primavera P6
  • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and SAP Analytics (highly regarded)
  • Background in Oil & Gas or Heavy Industries
  • Background in Mechanical or Instrument/Electrical is advantageous
  • Current driver’s license and willingness to travel/live locally
