We have an exciting new opportunity for a coffee enthusiast to join our team as a part time  Barista, joining our  Spice Central Kitchen & Bar team. 


Job Description

Reporting to the Food & Beverage management team, your job will be brewing memorable experiences for our guest whilst promoting best coffee practice and training within the hotel.

Qualifications

What we are looking for?

Wide knowledge and experience in coffee making with a creative flair. Barista training qualification an advantage Proven experience in a busy café environment with high volumes a must The ability to manage grind and dose to ensure a correct extraction at all times. A passion for making, drinking and promoting high-quality coffee, with a good knowledge of the industry and the desire to learn more. Able to perform under pressure. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Can go out of their way to create memorable experiences for our guests A high standard of grooming and presentation. Availability on weekends and flexibility regarding your work availability is essential, as we operate 7 days a week, including public holidays.
