This role is suitable for a recent graduate with less than 12 months experience as an RN and are 1 year contract opportunity, with a view to move to a permanent role at the end of the contract.

Applicants must be available for the full 0.8 FTE. This position does not include afternoon, night and weekend shifts.

Week 1:

  • Tuesday 07:00 – 15:06
  • Wednesday 07:00 – 15:06
  • Thursday 07:00 – 15:06
  • Friday 07:00 – 15:06

Week 2: 

  • Tuesday 07:00 – 15:06
  • Wednesday 07:00 – 15:06
  • Thursday 07:00 – 15:06
  • Friday 07:00 – 15:06

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering quality individualised nursing care to residents including complex care needs in particular wound and pain management.  You will also have supervision responsibility for staff on the floor to ensure that care provided delivers excellence in customer service to our residents. You will work closely with our experienced clinicians.

You will be supported by Level 2 and Level 3 RN staff to ensure comprehensive clinical care is provided to residents as part of our unique Case Management model.

Applicants are not required to have a minimum experience. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Hold a current AHPRA registration
  • Possess developing clinical knowledge and skills
  • Enjoy building positive relationships with residents their families and staff
