About the role: 

Are you a skilled Boilermaker looking for a new challenge? Our specialised workshop in Withcott is buzzing with work, and we are looking to expand our growing team. This is a permanent opportunity where you’ll report to the Workshop Manager and play a key role in manufacturing and maintaining Drilling and Well Servicing equipment as well as supporting the broader Ventia business. 
 
What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and Repair: Inspect, service, and repair equipment to ensure top performance
  • Fabrication and Welding: Use your trade skills for fabrication and remedial welding
  • Compliance and Quality: Perform fabrication repairs in line with legislative and manufacturer requirements
  • Documentation: Complete daily reports, timesheets, repair requests and non-conformance reports

What's Needed?

  • Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication (Boilermaking)
  • Understanding of industry legislation and compliances
  • Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings and manufacture to tolerance
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance and workplace health and safety
  • Current Drivers Licence
