About the Role

As a Principal Engineer at Nuix, you will be at the forefront of driving change and innovation. Your leadership will be crucial in engaging cross-team collaboration, fostering a high-performing team, and maintaining engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your Java development expertise and Kubernetes experience to strengthen their integrated platform system.
  • Serve as the bridge between development and infrastructure teams, facilitating seamless integration and operation of platform services.
  • Develop and enhance core components for applications within the platform layer.
  • Utilize your deep architectural knowledge, especially in areas like authorization, SSO, and multi-platform environments, to design secure and efficient backend services.

  • Soft skills: Excellent at building rapport, ability to influence and foster innovation and drive high-performing teams, backed with specific examples in your current and previous roles.
  • Proven experience in Java development and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to work effectively between development and infrastructure teams.
