About The Role...

We are looking for a motivated, organised and independent Solar Electrician for solar design and installation, as well as battery installation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 

Amongst other things you will be responsible for:

• Planning and performing installations of solar panels and associated equipment
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting various project systems issues
• Developing standard operating documents for installations, operations and training
• Overseeing and supervising sub-contractors

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• The ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, manuals and schematics
• Valid electrical qualifications license
• HV electrical qualification desirable
• Valid Australian drivers license
• Experience in electrical maintenance and repairing various types of electrical equipment with preferred experience in renewables and solar
• Willingness for some roster flexibility for on call and emergency works where required
• Sound computer skills
• Solid understanding of workplace health and safety principles
