About the Role
We are in search of a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic CMT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining our DevOps processes, tools, and infrastructure across the CMT stack. This role requires a strong background in software development, system administration, and automation. The primary objective of this role is to collaborate with application teams and developers, facilitating better coordination among operations, development, and testing functions through automation and streamlining of integration and deployment processes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, issues, and user support.

  • Focus on continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of technology in applications.

  • Plan and execute the DevOps pipeline supporting the application lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, release, configuration, and monitoring.

  • Onboard applications to the DevOps tool, configure them per AGL requirements and create user access workflows.

  • Manage CICD pipeline and Salesforce codebase repository.

  • Research and automate manual deployment activities and Sandbox refreshes.

  • Execute and support Salesforce releases and hotfixes, emphasizing root cause analysis in incident management.

  • Use infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, ARM templates, and Ansible to develop and maintain cloud infrastructure as code.

About You

  • DevOps experience, preferably with Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification.

  • Proficient in administering Salesforce Platform, deployment automation, and CICD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, SFDX, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins).

  • Prior experience with JavaScript/Puppeteer and Azure CLI/PowerShell.

  • Strong grasp of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
