About the Opportunity

Due to consistent growth across our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our team in North Coogee WA 6163.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;

  • Lead all workshop staff, including Supervisors, Leading Hands, Technicians, TA’s, and apprentices.
  • Allocate duties and provide support for Services Supervisors.
  • Oversee all service & manufacture jobs to ensure they are completed on time, on budget & to AFP’s standards.
  • Chair and attend workshop prestart and WIP meetings.
  • Provide clients and AFP team with technical solutions and support.
  • Provide direction on job prioritisation and scheduling of resources
  • Establish and promote a strong safety culture.

About You

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and transfer knowledge to team.
  • Experience managing a busy workshop / job environment.
  • Strong planning and organising skills for labour and material resources.
  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications
  • Valid Driver's Licence and a demonstrated safety-first mindset.
