About the Opportunity

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has been created to join Programmed as an Event & VC Support Technician, working within our Electrical Technologies team.

This role will support and maintain the Microsoft Teams room environment through active, in person monitoring and alerting/support tools. Team members will be required to help with incident and problem management in corporate offices as well as remote support for international teams through phone and email.

Based at our Banyo office, this permanent full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the operations and services of a major financial institution, serving the everyday needs of businesses and individual banking customers across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the installation, configuration & monitoring of all Microsoft Teams room projects into service
  • Support Microsoft Teams Live Events & Microsoft Town Halls for ANZ
  • Ability to troubleshoot Audio Visual and Video Conference hardware
  • Manage service requests, incidents, and changes, applying problem-solving skills to maintain high-quality service standards
  • Maintain accurate data on client assets within internal systems and ensure up-to-date records
  • Regularly monitor AV system performance, applying software updates and maintenance tasks to maintain system reliability
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute AV/VC projects, enhancing service quality

About You

  • Relevant technical certifications (Crestron, Cisco, Microsoft) are advantageous
  • Experienced in customer service or technical support, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of Service Now and hands on experience using MS Teams & Cisco Webex
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience liaising & troubleshooting with client IT & Network teams (desired but not essential)
  • Experience managing Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android (desired but not essential)
  • Experience with room acoustics and DSP implementation (desired but not essential)
