As a Bartender with Traverse Alpine Group, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and passion for mixology. Your primary role will be to provide an unforgettable drinking experience for our guests by crafting both classic and innovative cocktails.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
  • Engage with guests, take orders, and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Mix ingredients to create enticing cocktails.
  • Maintain an organized bar area and replenish inventory as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Stay attentive to customer needs and work towards enhancing their overall experience.
  • Train and assist wait staff in beverage offerings.
  • Participate in promotional events and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Basic knowledge of bar equipment and hygiene standards.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
