The Role
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor who has delivered multi-million-dollar road construction or civil infrastructure works. This role is on a major road project in Central Queensland and will operate on a 10/4 FIFO roster that will see you travel on company time. Successful candidates will be rewarded with a top base salary to $160k plus a vehicle in a permanent role. The company gives their Civil Supervisors full responsibility to run their own crew with the support of their strong systems and processes. 
 
The Company
Our client is a Queensland-based civil contractor who have recently won multiple major civil infrastructure projects in Central and Southeast Queensland. This Tier 2 civil contractor has a low staff turnover, and they want to employ Supervisors keen to progress to more senior positions within the company.
