This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior IT Test Analyst who will assist our Sales, Customer Service, Credit & Finance teams. As part of a small team, you will play an integral role in the testing of IT system change. In this role you will: Perform testing across all test phases; system, UAT, regression and post implementation testing. Co-ordinate testing activities with key stakeholders. With the guidance of more senior staff; create and update testing, system and business process documentation. Raise and monitor system defects. Participate in disaster recovery tests. Perform support and administration tasks as directed. This is a great opportunity and to be considered, you will have 1-2 years’ experience in an IT Test, Support or Admin function in banking/financial services or similar. You will also demonstrate: Attention to detail, accuracy and an ability to meet deadlines. A keen desire to learn and grow. Problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team environment. Additional experience that would be advantageous: Familiarity with premium funding, banking and the lending process. Understanding of the IT lifecycle and best practices in the Testing discipline.
