BevChain’s business unit currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and efficient Transport Allocator to join their team, located in Yatala, QLD. As a part of this role, you will be required to roster and manage fleet drivers, ensure effective planning, communication and maximum fleet utilisation. You will also support initiatives for driver welfare whilst providing exceptional high-standard service to our customer. We currently have a Permanent Full-time position available, working Monday to Saturday with the possibility of schedule adjustments based on business needs. Hours are early morning shift starting from 04.30am and finishing at 1.00pm. Key areas:

Planning and allocation of daily tasks and services utilising our company and contractor fleet effectively.Record and maintain daily reports to ensure timely service deliveries.Conduct safety inspections, ensure routine servicing and maintenance of fleet.Effectively communicate with our customer, internal stakeholders and the greater warehouse team.Adhere to strict adherence to all relevant policies and procedures, and guidelines.Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements.Ensure strict adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
