Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to enhance workshop output, assist in meeting production demands/deadlines and conduct maintenance activities for workshop and plant equipment as needed. 

Position tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Assembly of Pumps, Motors, & Valves to fulfill production targets.
  • Reporting any production issues impacting delivery schedules.
  • Maintaining high-quality outputs to avoid warranty returns.
  • Efficient labor management across multiple projects.
  • Following detailed assembly instructions as per build manuals.
  • Participating in equipment maintenance and breakdown repairs.
  • Managing the availability and calibration of equipment.
  • Engaging in the resolution process for customer or internal quality concerns.

Qualifications

  • Australian citizen or permanent resident.
  • A commitment to uphold Health, Safety & Environment standards.
  • Mechanical Trade Certification.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in hydraulic systems/component.
  • Experience in hydraulic or mechanical component repair.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of dedication and reliability.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
